Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February 1984, on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. She's always been interested in acting. She started building the foundations of her career when she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. Her career started when she finished her degree. She started auditioning for roles in various films. In 2005 she obtained an important role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around the globe. Additionally, it was awarded the Oscar nomination in the category of Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards in 2007. It was the start of Noureen DeWulf's success. The career of Noureen DeWulf has continued to grow since her debut in Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. In the aftermath of receiving global attention and praise in 1999 due to her performance in the film American Beauty, she rose to the top of the charts. She then starred in the critically acclaimed film Ghost World (2001), that brought her the Golden Globe nomination.
